2009 Broker/Consultant Website Survey Released Today

Today we released our first annual Broker/Consultant website survey. The purpose of this survey was to see how effectively key benefits brokers and consultants are using the web as well as blogs, social media and other web 2.0 tools.

Our main criteria for inclusion in the survey was that a firm needed to have an estimated $1M+ in benefits related revenue. We looked at 3 groups of firms and their estimated benefits only and related revenue:

  • Small – $1M to $3 million
  • Medium – $3-5 million
  • Large – $5 million and above

Note: If you do not see your firm on our list and meet these criteria please email me and we will be happy to add you to our database.

Excluded from this portion of the survey were AON, Mercer, Willis/HRH, Lockton, Gallagher, USI, HUB International, Segal and . These large national firms will be reviewed separately and in more detail later in the week.

More to follow in posts this week.

Check out the survey and see how your firm fared…
